CDC's medical services are run by Dr. Frainy E Palia, MD, DPB, AFIH who has had over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Palia was a consultant at a leading Bombay hospital from 1978 to 1995, the last 12 years being as a Chief Consultant. She is the holder of numerous awards and prizes for scholastic achievement and has written text books on medicine and is a committee member of the Indian Association of Occupational Health.

The administrative and marketing functions are looked after by Mr. Eddie Palia who has postgraduate qualifications in business management and has 22 years of experience both in India and abroad in key management and marketing positions.
